Psychotherapy consists of meeting with a therapist once or twice a week. During sessions, I will work with you to identify self-defeating behavior patterns that you may be unaware of. The people I work with are encouraged to speak freely during sessions about whatever comes to mind. My training allows me to look for "blind spots" that are contributing to your struggles. We all come to adulthood with internalized ideas about love, family, relationships, and work. Sometimes these ideas are not working anymore and yet are so difficult to change. I focus on what has brought you to this point in your life and help you identify the areas of your life you would like to change. Over time, the people I work with feel more personal freedom and autonomy. My goal is to help you make lasting changes in your life.
